1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by VEJIN UG (limited liability, in formation), hereinafter referred to as “VEJIN”.
They cover all aesthetic medical treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin injections, filler treatments, infusion therapies, laboratory diagnostics) as well as cosmetic treatments (e.g., facial care, rejuvenation treatments) performed exclusively by qualified personnel.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless VEJIN has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting Party and Services

VEJIN provides medical services within the field of aesthetic medicine, performed solely by a licensed physician, as well as cosmetic treatments carried out by a certified beautician.
All services are provided exclusively on-site at VEJIN’s premises.
No online or telemedical services are offered.
3. Conclusion of Contract and Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked directly through VEJIN’s website. By submitting a booking, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a treatment contract.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the appointment via e-mail or through the online booking system.
VEJIN reserves the right to reject bookings in individual cases or reschedule appointments (e.g., in the event of illness of the treating physician or technical problems).
4. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the website include statutory VAT.
VEJIN reserves the right to adjust prices following a medical consultation if the scope of treatment changes.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
For online bookings, payment can be made directly via Wix/PayPal.
5. Cancellations and No-Show Fees
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For late cancellations or failure to appear, a cancellation fee of 25% of the treatment price will be charged.
Any deposits made may be offset against the cancellation fee.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased digitally via the website.
They apply exclusively to cosmetic services and are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Cash payouts or redemption for medical services are excluded.
For digital voucher purchases (distance contracts), customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. Once the service begins, the right of withdrawal expires.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Treatments
For medical treatments, no right of withdrawal applies under §312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these are individualized medical services.
For cosmetic services, the statutory right of withdrawal applies only if the contract was concluded online and the treatment has not yet begun.
8. Liability
VEJIN is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, VEJIN is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
Medical treatments are performed according to generally accepted medical standards. A specific aesthetic outcome cannot be guaranteed.
The liability of VEJIN UG (limited liability) is limited to the company’s assets.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Online booking and payment processing are handled via Wix.com Ltd. and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is Düsseldorf, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
