Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At VEJIN, we aim to provide the highest level of care and service in all our aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.
Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service or purchasing a voucher.
By confirming a booking or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
2. Medical Treatments
Payments for medical aesthetic treatments (such as Botox, filler injections, infusion therapies, or laboratory analyses) are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed.
Under §312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), medical treatments are individualized medical services and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal or refund once started.
If you have prepaid for a treatment but cannot attend your appointment, please refer to section 4 (“Cancellations and No-Shows”).
3. Cosmetic Services
Payments for cosmetic treatments (such as facial care or skincare procedures) can be refunded only if:

the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and
-
no part of the service has been rendered.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
Refunds are not available once the treatment has begun or been completed.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made after this period or failure to attend the appointment will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the total treatment price.
If a prepayment or deposit has been made, VEJIN reserves the right to deduct this cancellation fee from the amount paid.
5. Gift Vouchers
Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable after purchase unless required by law.
Vouchers may be used only for cosmetic services and remain valid for three years from the date of issue.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for medical treatments.
If a voucher was purchased online, customers have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU law, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. Once the voucher is used, the right of withdrawal expires.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
Please note that your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.

8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Düsseldorf, Germany.
